‘An Excellent Experience’
Achieving excellence in our work is at the forefront in everything that we do. We aim to ensure that our participants, partners and funders receive an excellent experience of Sky Blues in the Community.
We are also committed to identifying and adopting best practice in terms of governance, process and procedure. We seek to embrace and implement frameworks for best practice as identified by the Charity Commission and National Council for Voluntary Services.
We also make an on-going commitment to developing, sharing and learning from best practice.
In short we want people’s experience of us to be excellent – whether that is someone attending our activities and projects, or the experience of a partner, funder or stakeholder.
